Broadview Multi-Care Center provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, dialysis, memory care, wound care, respiratory support, respite care, and admissions assistance in Parma, Ohio.

Our interdisciplinary team includes an on-site physician directing support services, a full-time Nurse Practitioner, skilled nursing professionals, rehabilitation therapists, respiratory staff, an employee Certified Wound Nurse, and social-service professionals.

Services are provided according to individual clinical needs. Admission and participation may require physician orders, clinical review, appropriate staffing, service availability, financial authorization, and an individualized care plan.

Physical, occupational, and speech therapy designed around individual recovery and discharge goals.

Orthopedic, Stroke and Neuromuscular Support

Defined rehabilitation tracks are available for appropriate residents based on diagnosis, physician direction, therapy evaluation, and the individualized plan of care.

Post-Cardiac-Event Rehabilitation

Therapy and nursing support for appropriate residents recovering after a cardiac event or hospitalization. This is not represented as a separately licensed outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program.

Dialysis performed inside Broadview for qualifying residents and community patients under physician orders.

Advanced Wound Care

Certified Wound Nurse oversight and physician-directed wound treatments, including Wound VAC therapy where clinically appropriate.

Respiratory and Tracheostomy Care

Respiratory therapy, direct oxygen support, tracheostomy care, and ventilator care for clinically appropriate residents.

Specialty Clinical Services

CARES® Memory Care

A secured, designated memory care unit for people with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, cognitive impairment, and wandering risk.

Hospice and Palliative Care Coordination

Coordination with qualified hospice and palliative care providers for residents receiving comfort-focused care.

Medicaid-Pending Placement Support

Case-by-case consideration for residents with Medicaid applications in process.

No. Services are based on clinical needs, physician orders, assessment findings, staffing, scheduling, bed or program availability, financial authorization, and the individualized care plan.

Does Broadview provide both short-term and long-term care?

Yes. Broadview offers short-term rehabilitation, long-term nursing care, respite care, and specialty clinical services for eligible individuals.

Can community patients use in-house dialysis?

Broadview’s in-house dialysis service is not restricted only to current residents. A physician’s order, clinical eligibility, scheduling, and availability are required.

How are admissions reviewed?

The admissions team reviews medical records, care needs, physician orders, safety requirements, payment information, staffing, and the facility’s ability to provide appropriate care.
