Coordinated Nursing and Rehabilitation Care
Broadview Multi-Care Center is a skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation facility located at 5520 Broadview Road in Parma, Ohio. Facility operations and nursing care are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Admissions consultations and tours are scheduled separately.

Skilled Nursing Care
Twenty-four-hour nursing care, clinical monitoring, medication management, chronic-condition support, and coordinated care for residents with short-term or long-term needs.
SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION
Physical, occupational, and speech therapy for eligible residents recovering after hospitalization, surgery, illness, injury, stroke, orthopedic conditions, or a medical setback.
LONG-TERM CARE
Ongoing nursing, personal assistance, social support, dining, activities, and care planning for residents who require continued support.
CARES® Memory Care
A secured, designated memory care environment for residents with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, wandering risk, and related cognitive needs.
